One of our most important challenges is the development of our learning community.

Indeed, Teamlabs/ is a community that grows between two radical learning laboratories in Madrid and in Barcelona through our educational programs: Lit, CLO and LEINN

Our purpose is to encourage talent through a radical learning methodology.

Countless Leinners have graduated and continued working together, if not with all of the members of their original team, but at least with some of them.

Many others who graduate from LEINN move on to start their own business. But how many of these new startups and businesses collaborate with each other?

Ibai Martínez, co-founder and General Manager of TEAMLABS / participated in Sondersland, the largest virtual talent festival in the world with Rodrigo Miranda from ISDI, Raúl Suárez from Linkedin and Belén Gancedo from Microsoft, to talk about "skills of the future".

Our relationship with Finland started long ago. Thanks to Tiimiakatemia finish methods we designed the LEINN “Leadership Entrepreneurship Innovation” Degree with the Mondragon University.

Our partner have created the opportunity to do Sonderlandfest, a mayor talent event that “connects people, activates and empowers people in order to improve the world.”

This year we will be collaborating with  EDUMEET, International Conference on Transfers for Innovation and Pedagogical Change 2020) that will happen in December 2020. It is organized by the School of Architecture of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. It focuses on “rethinking the future of education and the university, imaging a new contract and agenda with the world.”
