THE 4 TYPES OF LEADERSHIP IN TECH TEAM LEADERSHIP LAB
Tech Team Leadership Lab is divided into 4 main groups, which make up the types of leadership that the professionals who participate in the itinerary will develop.
Team Leadership
You will gain in-depth knowledge of the basis on which all other leadership is built: projects, business and technology.
Project leadership
You will learn the project management techniques, such as agile methodologies, that will help you achieve success when developing projects.
Business Leadership
You will dive into all aspects of business to understand leadership from a corporate standpoint.
Technical leadership
You will gain the technological knowledge required to accompany and help the people who put it into practice grow.
DESIGN YOUR OWN MASTER
Tech Team Leadership Lab is a 100% customisable programme. You will be able to design your own learning experience and have the help of mentors to make this an optimal learning process.
To carry out this customisation, we will rely on the OKR methodology, which focuses on results and less so on the activity itself. You will have to design your own OKR4Learning: what you want to learn, how you are going to learn it and if you feel that what you are doing is helping you to learn.
WILL I GET A DIPLOMA WHEN I FINISH?
Yes, specifically the official Master’s Degree in Leadership endorsed by the Mondragon University and Sngular’s professional seal of recognition and approval.
