The technology company Sngular has recently raised its stake in Teamlabs to 50% to become the sole partner along with the Business Faculty of Mondragon Unibertsitatea with which it shares ownership of the company that already manages learning labs in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga.
TeamLabs, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary, manages the learning labs where the disruptive University Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN) is developed by the Business School of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, a program through which more than 2000 young entrepreneurs have passed. With a 97% employability rate among its graduates, the LEINN Degree represents a cutting-edge and innovative project in the field of learning.
With this partnership, TeamLabs, which also develops projects for corporations, universities and public administration, will further increase its radius of action and impact by creating new learning experiences aimed at training people with the ability to lead entrepreneurial projects.
With this new investment, Sngular continues with its goal of deploying a diverse talent ecosystem built globally around the best talent.
Sngular and Mondragon Unibertsitatea share a common culture focused on people and talent development. The result of this common culture is this agreement with which both companies hope to create, around Teamlabs, a learning entity capable of breaking the gap between a market with a shortage of talent and a young population facing an environment of job uncertainty.

TeamLabs is a radical learning laboratory, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga and Mexico, that is revolutionizing education with an innovative methodology that blurs the barriers between the academic and professional worlds, based on team entrepreneurship and learning by doing where Mondragon Unibertsitatea develops since 2012 the entrepreneurial projects of the LEINN Degree (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation), and collaborates in the Official Master in Facilitation of Learning and Innovation (LIT), the Diploma of Specialization in New Roles for Learning in Education and the Diploma of Specialization in Chief Learning Officer (CLO).
