Our goal is to transform our administrations so they have a positive impact on society and communities external to their own. We do this through our TeamLabs/ learning mindset, creating customised training programmes for public administrations to help them build a brighter future.

Ministry of Education

Challenge: Connecting different CIFPs (Integrated Vocational Training Centres).

Malaga City Council

Challenge: To improve the employability of the city, their promotion and the professional development of the youth in the city of Malaga.

Government of Aragon

Challenge: To create a community of innovators who want to learn further about innovation, technology and other soft skills so they can participate as positive change makers in public services.


Challenge: To co-design, alongside the Coordination Office of the Barcelona Metropolitan Strategic Plan Association (PEMB) a tool that will enable a strong metropolitan development of the city until 2030.

US Embassy

Challenge: To push and promote entrepreneurship among the youth in primary and secondary schools in Spain, through the “You®Company” programme. The aim here was to showcase this company as a participant and promotor of innovation and a generator of employment.

Regional Government of Extremadura

Challenge: The New European Community Initiative challenged us to connect people and organisations from different regions, bringing together talented youth and professionals to work towards creating beautiful, inclusive and sustainable projects.
