TeamLabs/, a radical learning laboratory with campuses in Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga, and the Spanish-Finnish Chamber of Commerce (CCHF) have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to strengthen the international preparation of students enrolled in the official university degree LEINN (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation), in the context of their learning journey to Finland during the first year of the program.
The agreement has been signed by Eero Korhonen, President of the Spanish-Finnish Chamber of Commerce, and Pina de Paz, Director of TeamLabs/ Madrid, and reflects the shared vision of both institutions regarding the key role of practical education, entrepreneurship, and innovation as drivers of social and economic transformation.
With just fifteen years of experience, TeamLabs/ has established itself as a benchmark in educational innovation thanks to its methodology based on team entrepreneurship and learning by doing. Through the LEINN degree, it trains young entrepreneurs who learn by creating real projects with companies, developing the skills needed to innovate in highly uncertain environments while traveling and learning around the world.
The Spanish-Finnish Chamber of Commerce (CCHF), for its part, is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening commercial relations between Finland and Spain, connecting companies, professionals, and institutions from both countries.
Preparing the learning journey to Finland: education connected to the real world
One of the central pillars of this collaboration is the preparation of Leinners for their learning journey to Finland, a key experience during the first year of the LEINN degree. During this period, first-year students spend one month in the Nordic country developing real projects with companies, institutions, and local stakeholders.
As part of this collaboration, , TeamLabs/ and the Spanish-Finnish Chamber of Commerce will work together on the design and execution of the learning journeys, aligning agendas with students’ learning objectives and connecting them with the Finnish business, social, and cultural ecosystem. In addition, the CCHF will support the pre-trip phase through sessions on Finnish culture, business context, and social dynamics, ensuring that students arrive better prepared and maximize the impact of their experience.
First joint activities and connection with the business ecosystem
Since October, TeamLabs/Madrid has hosted the first three activities of the CCHF,TeamLabs/ Madrid, including the official presentation of the new Finnish Ambassador, Jari Luoto, as well as two events with Finnish companies in Madrid focused on the energy and cybersecurity sectors. LEINN students actively participated in these events, reinforcing hands-on learning and direct engagement with the international business environment.

Furthermore, the agreement includes the involvement of companies associated with the Chamber in real challenges, academic projects, mentoring,, and innovation programs linked to LEINN, as well as the development of joint talks, workshops, and events hosted at TeamLabs/.
Through this alliance, TeamLabs/ and the Spanish-Finnish Chamber of Commerce reinforce their commitment to a university education closely connected to the international business reality and to the preparation of young entrepreneurs capable of developing real projects, learning in global contexts, and generating positive impact from the very beginning of their education.
