In the radical learning laboratories of TeamLabs in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga, numerous activities and trainings are carried out, from inspiring talks to wokrshops and practical experiences that allow you to experience the most innovative and emerging knowledge. These leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation events are aimed at young people, professionals, teachers and/or companies.
One of the types of events that TeamLabs runs are hackathons. A hackathon is an open innovation event where different actors are invited to generate disruptive solutions in a short time. We work with different methodologies framing a specific challenge of an organization. It is assumed that the diversity of profiles and the set times, with the design of a normally facilitated process, will help to formulate innovative solutions.
“Hacking is looking differently.” Thinking differently is essential for the development of a hackathon, getting out of one’s daily routine and usual tasks, getting in touch with other departments and other professionals.
At TeamLabs we add the incorporation of the community to these company innovation activities. The generating dialogue that we energize incorporates Leinners, young entrepreneurs from the LEINN degree hungry to learn and collaborate. This ensures a different, fresh look, detached from the challenge, at the same time daring, doubtful, professional, optimistic, purposeful and actionable.
In addition, we participate in fairs and educational events, in order to develop key competencies in entrepreneurial leadership and innovation, promoting the development of real team projects and evolving the role of teachers towards facilitation logics.
