TeamLabs’ innovative methodology and programs have been recognized on numerous occasions by the media and by educational and business institutions around the world.
TeamLabs and the teams that train both in the LEINN degree and in other programs have received awards and recognition for their innovative approach.
Among other recognitions, the founding team of TeamLabs has been included by Emprendedores Magazine among the “100 Entrepreneurs of Entrepreneurs 2023”, a list where they have selected the 100 founding teams that have had the most capacity to generate employment in the national ecosystem. The teams that have been delivered in the LEINN grade have received several awards and recognitions.
There are four Leinners on the “Forbes 30 under 30” list: Enrique Cat, co-founder of Nostoc Biotech; Gala Freixa, co-founder of Sheedo Paper; Eider Etxebarria, co-founder of BiziPoz, and June Arrieta, co-founder of Zocco Handmade.
Also a Leinner Pau Pavón, founder of Examfy and LEINNer in our laboratory in Barcelona, who has been awarded in 2022 in the EdTech category –for the best education startup– of the prestigious European competition Wise 20 Under 20, which recognizes entrepreneurs among the most promising 16 to 19 year olds in all of Europe. Gloria Gubianas, co-founder of Hemper, graduated from LEINN, has been “Woman Entrepreneur of The Year Award” in Spain in 2019, an award created by INCO and supported by the Chanel Foundation.

On the other hand, the methodology we use at LEINN, TiimiAkatemia (Team Academy Finland) has received numerous recognitions and awards. Peter Senge, director of the Center for Organizational Learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) said of TiimiAkatemia on its 15th anniversary: if we think about the future of entrepreneurship education, we have to think about Team Academy, about the radical learning that takes place with the development of real projects from scratch (what we call learning by doing), understanding the team as the main learning engine, and finally all this happening in an experimentation environment where it is difficult to see who is the teacher and who is the apprentice.
Well, there are many organizations that today make up MTA (Mondragon Team Academy) and that we follow in the footsteps (and innovate every day) that Team Academy in Finland started at the time.
