Our work with public administrations consists of building what is to come, reimagining society, adding value to your territory, generating employment and quality living conditions, giving the administration a learning mentality that accelerates action, impact and change.
The objective is to transform administrations from within to generate an impact on a society that lives outside of them. And we do all of this from our TeamLabs/ learning mentality, creating personalized programs and training for public administrations that help them build a more promising future.
We propose to create a radical learning space to inoculate public administrations with a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.

These are some of the projects we have carried out with the Public Administration. With the Government of Aragon, faced with the challenge they had of creating a community of innovators, we have created an online and face-to-face learning Laboratory with the aim of valuing the talent and creativity of public employees, to generate impact and develop innovative projects. Together with the Málaga City Council, we have launched a TeamLabs/ learning laboratory in the city of Málaga with four initiatives: “Despierta” (Entrepreneurship workshops in Málaga schools); “Activate” (Experimentation in three days of team entrepreneurship); “Hackea” (Intensive and immersive experience in digital skills) and “Acelera” (Acceleration program for entrepreneurial projects) that have aimed to improve the employability of the city, the promotion and professional development of young people in the city of Malaga .
